They were trees I had notched and left on their hinge and then turned my back on them. The first one stuck the side of my safey helmet and the point of my right shoulder. The second stuck the left side of my head. We have to get them pruned every 2 years to keep them away from the windows and I am sure they will be taken down soon. They had to be thinned, and one row was eliminated, but we visited them last July. Amazing to see how big and wondrous that row of pine trees is today.
