I love your pictures and thank you for sharing them with all of us who are coming along vicariously !Ginniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12749133391349265563noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31402520.post-90096865406687520352012-04-13T23:05:39.608-04:002012-04-13T23:05:39.608-04:00AC--be as pedagogical as you like. So, I mirrored that.
I am mindful that sailing from Amsterdam, we were going against the current.
Actually, we wondered which direction our trip would use more fuel. However, as it happens, half the trip we were sailing "up stream" and the other half "down stream." So, split the difference.
The locks were MOST fascinating, as we gained and then lost elevation.KGMomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05165941950953938943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31402520.post-34271742411226620722012-04-13T19:15:53.597-04:002012-04-13T19:15:53.597-04:00I will look forward tom this. We used to do a stud...I will look forward tom this. We used to do a study on the Rhine back in grade 10 geography. If I might refer back to those days, may I be so bold as to point out that going towards Amsterdam is going downriver because the river flows toward Amsterdam from Switzerland. Please forgive me my pedagogical, ;)Anvilcloudhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07974744042579564912noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31402520.post-24292298539450439702012-04-13T12:45:55.743-04:002012-04-13T12:45:55.743-04:00We have talked about taking this trip.
