No, this post won't be in French. I suspect my Canadian friends do better than I can on the French scene.
We have arrived. And all is well, mostly. A bit of a mix-up with our cat sitter and how to get into the house. Some tense moments for all--us, our sitter, our son who got the emergency call, the cats...but the cat sitter has now been successful getting relief in to the cats. Sort of puts one in mind of the cavalry to the rescue!
Spring weather is wonderful here--truly spring. I have checked the weather reports for central PA, and while almost 80 F sounds fine (26 C), I personally prefer true spring temperatures--55 F or 13 C.
More upon our return. This was a brief trip interruption to say--hello, friends. Oh, it's a bit challenging putting something up on Blogger when I am not sure what the French at the top of my page means. But, if I got this item posted, I obviously figured something out.

My highschool French is very rusty, but I can decipher the French labels on everything we buy here in Canada. I like your metric conversions. It was 26C here on the weekend too...not true spring for sure. Have a wonderful time.
The song, "April in Paris" will be running through my head all day. Glad you arrived safe and sound.
French classes were long ago for me. Enjoy your trip and consider taking your own laptop next time. :)
Spent a week in Paris in Sept.09 - how I'd love to go back! Hope it's wonderful for you.
It is the 9th here Vimy Ridge Day.
We have had freezing rain, and snow for the past few day. Spring will return soon.
I am glad you are having a lovely trip.
